I just got two big banners on top of the screen.
One was and adaware remover and the other a porn pop-up. Whats happening?

Kazaa takes up a ton of memory because of all the programs linked into it.

Nowadays it runs 2 different spyware programs, Bullguard p2p antivirus, the P2p program itself, web browsing, messaging, peer point manager, People uploading from you and searching your shared files, you downloading files from others..

Yea, it just has a lot of "features" so it slows down your comp a lot

It only gave me one virus. On Internet Explorer the forward and backward button were 6 and 8 but I think the older versions were better. They were much faster.

You people use kazaa or kazaalite? Kazaalite doesn't give you much shit on your comp, unless you're dumb and download it yourself.

If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.

KaZaA lite is just a p2p program, free of spyware and other stuff IIRC.

I'm a fan of Overnet and Bit Torrent, myself.

I tried downloading a 3gb game on bit torrent...when I was over 50% done...like 1.8 gb the lights went out... (the download stopped permanetly, they must have closed them down) So after that...slow internet connection, downloading 5 weeks straight...grr! I haven't used bit torrent again...

(had to add... ... ... ... ;) )
