If u reach lvl 50 with an Elementalist, can u get more of your spells, or do u have to relay on books then?? And in the case of Priests, do they make good Spellcasters or is a Wizzard a lot better? |

You still get "level" increases after level 50 (but it always still says that you're level 50), so I guess it gives you more at that point. FWIW, I've found 1.1.1 very tough. In previous versions I'd win all the time (before 1.0), but in 1.1.1 I've only one twice, both a normal ending, and both non-casters - a high elf barbarian with vanquisher and a drakeling assassin with needle/sting. To me, the hardest part of the early game is the tower of eternal flames, and the hardest in the late game is the cat lord. Didn't you used to be able to teleport on that level? He seems much tougher now... The one who is good at shooting does not aim for the center of the target. |

I'm playing a (orcish) bard at the moment. They kick ass: when I got level 18, I got 400 free points in the wish spell! how groovy is that? not that I can cast it or anything. What do you wish for? wands of cat repellent_ |

I'd rather have death ray or petrification from that class power. I just found out that Human Fighter can indeed kick ass. all the way a breeze. first kill, assassin in Holeinthewall, with MELEE. that's something new, usually can't take but 1 or 2 hits from them and die of poison if I manage to kill it. not him, noo. Until I find moloch armour, the first class powers are useless, but when I do... :D that 12 or 13 extra pv + others will be extra cool.
