It's theoretically possible that in the time between the message from sacrificing and praying (even if it was only a turn) your piety went down just enough to drop out of the range required for precrowning. If that was the case, sacrificing a bit more and trying again would have done it. Otherwise you were probably just not high level enough. What do you wish for? wands of cat repellent_ |

I always get crowned at the upper end of "very close" status, so you don't need to be extremely or absolutely close. I think I always get precrowned at least once, so that might be necessary for very close to work for crowning. |

Is it possible for example to get precrownded with neutral god and later get crowned with lawful god without any negative effects? Just want to be sure. |

Is there some guide or walkthrough to the crownings for newer players? Like what to sacrifice, which alignment is easier, best place to find altars, etc? |

I personally find lawful and chaotic crownings the easiest, because you can sac almost anything (anything when chaotic), but I never get crowned as chaotic, because that causes about 2-3 corruptions immediately and also drastically, increase the corruption speed. I find neutrals a bit harder, because you can't sac animals. Sac living creatures, they are about the most valuable sacrifices around, gold is also a good sacrificial fodder, when you get enough of it, if you are not crowned by the time you reach the casino, you will get crowned very soon, just get some money at the casino and sac it :D "I don't know what World War 3 will be fought with, but I know World War 4 with be fought with sticks and stones." - Albert Einstein |

shatteredhalo: http://www.andywlms.com/adom gold and blessed stomafillia are the best things to sacrifice. lawful is the easiest alignment (being crowned reduces corruption rate) but make sure you have everything you want from yergius before you become lawful. altars are random but fairly common, there's no real 'best place' to find them (although there are four guaranteed chaotic and one non-chaotic) What do you wish for? wands of cat repellent_ |

I want a way to not die but not have my score on the list of best players so it is not cheating. Is there any posibble way please tell me or even if there is a cheat. |
