Yeah the RNG is trying to sucker punch me again, wished for eternium spears with a lvl 8 weaponsmith and got an eternium spear of mayhem for one of them (+2, 4d8+14). Well I think I am going to play this char super cautiously for a while, because if I leave this pc's legs open we all know what the RNG will try to do to it... Bah the RNG just threw a large crystal shield at the same char, but I still don't trust it... Tell me how to get stronger.... I am thinking ADOM is being a little more sadistic on this one - it seems that I am not finding much food, but at lvl 16 I have found about 8 artifacts (most gaurunteed, though got preserver from precrowning and found iron fist and executor through drops). Would I be right in saying that ADOM is giving me all of this great stuff only to snuff me out by starvation. I mean I must already have about 15 divine interventions for food.... Tell me how to get stronger.... |

Wearing all those artifacts will make you hungry. Normal food consumption is 1 per turn. Artifacts increase that by 0.5, but it's rounded down so one artifact doesn't hurt. Being crowned helps, as then artifacts only mean a 0.25 increase, so you can wear three for free. Not sure if you knew this, but said it just in case. If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.
