In the GB that table describes the skills each class HAS and whether each skill is "guaranteed" or "non guaranteed" What it means is, that to any other class the necromancy skill is "non guaranteed" and there is no way to learn it in the game without a SoEd or a wish. Just as to a Bard music is a "non Guaranteed" skill because you can't learn music without a SoEd or a wish. SoEd or PoEd...I can't remember, Oh well! Sometimes it's worthwile to read the texts on the page, this is in the first paragraph on the page(alright, second paragraph if you really want to be exact): "Skills available only from wishes or potions of education are referred to as "Nonguaranteed Skills" for the sake of the tables below." :) If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.
