How many greater vaults you have encountered in one game? I've got once four, and about two times three greater vaults. Lots of artifacts :) |

I have never seen a greater vault. I have never made it past the ToEF sadly.. Too many stupid mistakes |

I've only encountered 2 greater vaults throughout my games. And those were in the same game. |

Only one in each game.. I've got 4 totally.. One Ancient Red Dragons which was quite easy and the other 3 Undead =( |

I got 3 GVs in my archmage game. One with karmics (no big deal with death ray and high level magic missile) and IIRC one with giants, one with ogres. Sytytä toiselle tuli ja hän pysyy lämpimänä jonkin aikaa. Sytytä hänet palamaan ja hän pysyy lämpimänä loppuelämänsä. |

I just got my second greater vault in my non-cheating career, out of 3 complete trips to D:50, and the one I'm currently on. Both are undead :( so I'm forced to leave them alone. Well, I'm playing a monk now so once I get some spells from the library there's a chance of me managing it. But I know that I'd be better off just staying away. And I found a ring of weakness, so of course I'm not going to get a giant vault... |

Wear a cursing item and hang around in the hills in the wilderness.. You will be constantly attacked by Hill Giant huntinpartys and Ogrearmys.. Took me an hour to raise St to 99 this way. |

3 greater vaults in current character, 1 undead, 2 giants i think... well giants were useful for raising strength... undead vault i went in with 50 willpower and acidballed, MM the emperor lich to death and then left... |

Update! This monk I'm playing who got a greater undead vault just got another great vault! Undead again, though... I'm 3 for 3. Three vaults, 3 undead. Yeesh... |

Another update! This monk I'm playing who got two greater undead vaults just got his third vault this game, which is more than I ever dreamed I would get. And... it's finally not undead! It's a giant vault, and thanks to my ring of weakness I raised my strength to 67 naturally, and 80 with equipment. Fortunately I didn't use up all my luck. There was just one artifact in it: Whirlwind, lol. |

I found a greater vault of fire drakes, baby red dragons, red dragons, fire lizards, and fire elementals today. On the same floor was a tension room of quickling queens. May thy wisdom be omnipresent. |

I've found too much greater vaults full of undead. The last 5 or 6 vaults were undeads, except one which was red dragons. 8 great red wyrms and 1.5 million exp each. Annoying. Too much exp too soon. And I've never met any other GVs than fire creatures, greater undeads and ogre/giant vaults. Never karmics or other dragons. Which version do you play? I play ADOM 1.1.1 and I'm pretty sure there isn't any other GVs than those I've met. Or I'm extremely unlucky, since I've got to Coc:50 maaany times, at least over 50, never encountering such GVs. The rust monster touches your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster. Nothing happens. You laugh at the monster's pitiful attempt. |

I've played through the game about 10 times, a few of them with savescumming, And I've never encountered anything else then those Ashandarei mentioned. I was also quite sure there were none other as I've found atleast 10-15 GV's. All of this in 1.1.1 ... the greater moloch equips the hulking armor |
