I think I've gotten a hive at least twice in the earth temple. And I had an ant hive in a greater vault in my current game. |

Had a bee hive in an greater vault of whitedragons last time.. Btw, those are hard for a drakeling.. Without magic or decent missileskill I think they would be impossible.. |

Ouch, marillion, that would be bad. I think my drakling went to 20-something speed on D:49 and I had no improved fireball to speed myself up. Don't worry, he was fine. |

I usually play drakling for all my nonfighters. Food Preservation and Herbalism makes it worth it I think.. So I'm quite used to the lv59 thingie, which is OK since the foes on lv50 usually doesn't notice you before you start to approach, which gives you time to defrost. (Corruption is heavy though) The dragons though got me down to 10, or whatever is the lowest you can go, within a few bolts. And each time i got to move, there were aboute 20 new bolts.. Ofcourse this wasn't really a problem for a wiz.. Just teleported away and got them from distance with MM.. but then again the ToEF is a incredibly easy with a Drakeling, I*ve played it only once with a Drakeling ant it was a beastfighter, with a speed of 230 the ACW was pretty easy even in melee, but I found a lesser vault with ehite dragons, and decided leave it alone, I only managed to kill a few ancient dragons and a wyrm and I had to flee. But anyway, the ToEF is as hard as everyone is saying (atleast it wasn't for mee) I had the BoW and fire immunity and I only had to use a few spensweeds. My drakeling had the same luck as Morio's, Bow and fire immunity. Though I've gotten into a habit of killing the ACW with dragon slaying ammo instead of melee, so I did that instead of melee. I topped out at 332 speed on the second or third level, I think, but for some reason that dropped to just 240 on the top level. Imagine the xp you'd get from a white dragon vault at 10 speed. You'd need a heck of a character though... |
