A question concerning the generation of the cute puppy. Will it be alive if you enter the puppy cave before 4 days pass, then leave and come back later? Or is it generated only when you actually reach the last level of the cave, alive or dead depending on if the 4 days have past? So, what I'm getting at is: Can you get the puppy generated alive, then come back at some future time, past the 4 day time frame, and save it? Just want to know for those occasions when the character may not be strong enough to get all the way to the bottom, and needs to gain a few levels, before proceeding... |

You must reach the puppy before that 3 days (L6 of puppy cave). Then you can leave it and come back later to get it. But if you mean that you enter the L1 of puppy cave and leave for something else, the puppy will be dead. The rust monster touches your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster. Nothing happens. It is indeed 4. As of late i find myself Generating the puppy and then going to kick the Raider lords butt. Travelling to the bandit camp and learning pick pockets, looking through the black market and all that usually lands me on the last level of the puppy cave after day 3.. |
