hi adomfolk, i am curious about the most efficient way of using invisibility. when you finally obtain means of being invisible, such as a ring or a cloak do you wear it constantly from that time on, or do you only put it on if it is necessary to dissapear quickly? being invisible all the time has a significant downside, beacause it makes you get hungry more quickly. on the other hand sometimes you bump into an especially nasty monster around a corner (for instance) and then it may be too late for invisibility... what's your view? |

I usually use it only to get away from those nasties that are yet too hard to kill. Although, if i have the backstabbing skill, i might use it to gain an advantage on those same monsters... http://tankefel.blogspot.com/ So far you have only killed one wild cat. |

My current winner char (gnomish beastfighter) has intrinsic invisibility and see invisible (both from stalker corpse). It's fun clearing tension rooms when most of the inhabitants have no idea of what's going on, just seeing their pals drop dead one by one :) Sytytä toiselle tuli ja hän pysyy lämpimänä jonkin aikaa. Anyways, you people are too damn good. |
