#adom The real question is what network and/or server to use. That depend somewhat on where you live. Most servers only allow "local" users to connect (based on nationality of your domain), others will simply not let you connect if your ping is too low (signals travel too slowly between your computer and the server (usualy because it's routed though too many points to reach there or simply because of too high trafic or too low bandwidth somewhere along the way).
