ADOM has crashed dramatically, (i have a backup of my char thankfully) but i don't want to reinstall the whole kit and kaboodle since i lose my high scores and the kills to get to bugville (i've never gotten there).
What file do i need to get rid of/edit?
Any help would be appreciated.

Well...if everything else is still fine, just go to adom_dat and delete the adom.prc file. Most of the time, that will fix adom if it suddenly dies on you ^^

The config file and the highscore are all in the adom_dat. If you want to "reinstall" adom simple backup the 2 files, reinstall it, make a new char (so the game will create the files and folders) then put the backup back to its place.
