Potions of Toughness, though there are better things you could wish for. By the time you get spare wishes, your toughness would probably be too high for you to worry about it.

You're probably better off wishing for Potions of Gain Attributes anyway since they advance all stats and you would have to wait a while after drinking a Potion of Toughness.

Potions of Toughness or Gain Attributes aren't worth early wishes.

IIRC you only get one PoGA per wish, whereas you get 2 potions of toughness. Its one to every stat, or 4 to toughness.

Thus if increasing your HP is your primary goal, PoT is fine.

I think blessed potions of extra healing still increase your hp by a point or two, and they toatally heal you, so yay!

How about wishing for Herbalism if you don't already have it? That will make it easier to train your toughness up to 30 with morgia roots, which will increase your HP.

If one just wants to raise HP it might be best to wish for potions of ultra healing. Drinking one while at full HP will give some extra HP, more than !oEH. And one can wish several !oUH at once, just like lesser potions.

Can To be trained to 30 with Morgia Roots?

I can usually get mine to about ~25. I've attempted to get it above that (i.e. eating massive amounts of the roots) but it doesnt seem to work.

Devil's Rose + Morgia Roots, and it works up to 30 with To, and 28 with Wi. 30 Dx to, if you have uncursed/blessed Moss of Morelion.

Either wish for healing potions directly, or if you have time you could try to wish for Alchemy for the extra healing recipe. Be careful if you are high level, cuz its not that easy to train without level-up skill gains.

Willpower has an influence on HPs too (as well as PP) so if you need maximum HPs for something special you could strap on +wi equipment as well as +to. (Mabye a sword and an amulet, perhaps)

and remember that wishing for "willpower" directly may yield even an 8-point permanent increase (with a blessed WoWi, dunno if it's better than a RoDS/a pool wish/a spell), which probably won't give you more hp than +4 To, but is a lot better if you are a spellcaster.
