I've started a char (Agent) and get lost into this huge world immediately. Anyone is playing it?

What sort of bandwith do you need to get a deacent game experience from those things? I've been meaning to try it one of these days (months), but currently I can just barely play things like Star Wars battlefront without lagging as heck, so I doubht a full MMOPG with streaming commercials and slightly more than 16 players would work out too great...

I'm not sure about your connection, but with my current connection I have it running smooothly in crowded areas :) and still have bitcomet 1MB up/down at the same time.

Well my corrent speed is only 300/128 kbps at the moment. I can get as high as 3000 kbps downstream if I double the current bill, but they can't offer more than 512 kbps upstream so it's still a bit limited. Pluss it's often a tad unstable (often loose connection and then reconects almost instantly, but it's often enough to kick me off MSN, disrupt downloads and such (it's a wireless feed)...

It's basicaly just a temporary solution, there is a company laying down fiberoptic cable around there, but they are taking theyr sweet time because my location is less than optimal, and they understandably focus on the densely populated areas first...

Well no, I'm pretty close to smack in the middle of this "settlement". Problem is our house is in the old part of "town", between two grocery stores, a park, a parking lot and a field. To get a cable here they have to cross a stream, two roads and a parking lot and there are only two-three potential customers in the whole area (the rest of my neighbours are pretty much all senior citizens with little interest in cable TV or internet).

Understandably they focus theyr attention in the more recently developed "residential areas" where the houses lie neatly side by side in large numbers.
