The way to get that book that all the spoilers I've read are missing something. I've done extensive testing with it and have not received the book. There MUST be some other requirement.(maybe alignment, whether you've visited the mad minstrel before, level req, stats, maybe the pet shouldn't get killed). Does anyone know how to get the book? BTW with ADOM 1.0.0 |

Just to point out: You don't have to get the librarian out of the library. He can give you the tome while still inside the library. There was one who got the tome after having cleared out the entire library with spells and melee. It's still a mystery but now easier than before to get it. Locke Cole |

He's probably like that ghost professor in Harry Potter. The professor lived such a routine life that on the day he died he got up and went to class and started teaching without even realizing he was dead. -Amanda Sedai, a save-scumming newbie.
