I drank an 'uncursed icky potion' and the message was: "you are almost stunned by the lack of effect of this potion considering your current state."

I'm a champion of a god (I forgot her name and I don't know what \Mq is, so I can't look at my info)...I'm guessing this is a bless potion?

Also, when I eat a claw bug it says 'You feel furious!' Just wondering what that means..

Thanks for the help, I wonder what so many things mean when I play ADOM...lol. :)

I think it can be a potion of uselessness.

Almost. But it is a potion of stun recovery.

For a straight-up answer you could go to "spoiler" forum.

"You feel furious"...well that means you feel furious. Mabye something has changed with your PC. Mabye permanently. Check your stats before and after eating one and see.

They give +1 to DX and -2 to WI.

edit: oops, I'm talking about greater claw bugs here and I dunno about regular claw bugs so ..

Nothing eating a sport of a certain herb won't fix.

BTW - remember, that appearance of potions, wands, rings, scroll inscriptions vary from game to game, are random, and don't seem to repeat very often.
that is, when you say "I drank icky potion", 'icky' itself doesn't mean a lot.

We have several exceptions, though. Very nice exceptions...

Spoiler
Look for Worn Boots, Glowing Wands and Ordinary Rings :D
