Scroll of Omnipotence lies in hands of Alganon, the innkeeper of Red Rooster Inn. It's UnID name is "ancient scroll". The location of RRI is described in Weird Book (obtained from Ghost Librarian). Alganon will give you SoO "if you've helped the ancient dwarf" (Thrundarr?). Reading SoO may shred you, shred you instantly or make you omnipotent. You propably need to be a Champion to become omnipotent. |

that's in the executable, just open it with notepad and you can read it too, but as said many times before, it's very unlikely that the SoO exists. from the executable: Spoiler TB doesn't like that we study the executable but anyway: 21681: You enter the Red Rooster Inn as the sun is just rising. Alganon, the innkeeper, welcomes you with great joy and honors you for helping the ancient dwarf. As a reward he grants you a long item wrapped in a sheet. He winks at you and mumbles "Ye know what'ta do with dat, don't ye?". Due to some urgent business Alganon then leaves. 22033: You enter the Red Rooster Inn. Hmm you cannot decipher the Weird Tome right? I tried with a heavily stat-pumped bard with both Literacy and Music at 100 and all you get is the "confusing" message... The Great Wyrm of Order breathes light (more) - wow, you feel very smart! |

Copy it and paste it somewhere else. Rename the copy to asdfgh.txt and open it. Most of it will be complete nonsense but there's also dialogue and messages in English there. |

Also about the SoO and the Red Rooster Inn, I can find no level names associated with the Red Rooster Inn. I can find the level names for everything else (like the UD, VD, PC, I, D...) but nothing that I would associate with the RRI.
