Can someone tell me how to build a bridge!!! I have all the logs i need and around 50+ bridge building in skills, but i cant still manage to do it. What tools do you need? |

It is quite useful for those river dungeons which you have to pass a lot of times and do not wish do slow down due to the wieght limit of ice or to risk losing scrolls and books by swimming over it... http://tankefel.blogspot.com/ So far you have only killed one wild cat. |

However, logs are heavy (800s) thus it can be a burden to carry enough of them to make a good bridge (unless its only 1 space) unless you got means of increasing ur carrying capacity. |

By the time the PC can use bridge building to effect, s/he should already have gotten a waterproof blanket and nice swimming skill. |

The bride building skill is mostly usefull for PC's that want the ring of the high king and dont want to do the druid quest, and cant cast or zap frost bolt, a very plausible scenario for non spellcaster PCs who dont start with the healing skill and thus have access to the bridge building book. I've built many a useful bridge during my time of playing. It is not to be underestimated to be able to permanently turn a river square into a walkable square.. And besides, having to hack through a monster that blocks the other side of the river is *not* a nice thing to do in this game, where drowning is all too common. http://tankefel.blogspot.com/ So far you have only killed one wild cat. |

One place where its very useful is a place where you can get a good artifact, but its not required. |

Technically not required, but it's awfully useful. Being able to use a certain exit to the surface is very nice. Die Gedanken sind Frei |
