I was having trouble with a cursed broken rusty weapon my barbarian was stuck with, being as it was relatively early in the game, when i found a easy solution i hadn't thought of before. I dropped all my stuff in the barbarians glade and walked into the tower of eternal flame, and 20 hp later it melted. Anyone else thought of this? Member of the AAA, Adom Adicts Anonymous. |

Then you probably would just have to wait longer. Being cursed, it wouldn't be nearly as effective, and perhaps the heat would penetrate to it eventually. Besides, cursed rings aren't as high a priority as oh, say, a cursed fickle battleaxe of damnation. Also, it would be a problem if the item in question happened to be made of a higher metal.
