We've got a great view of the bluff from high up and we could see for miles, highlight of the evening was fools shooting flares up then watching the ones that dont burn out before they reach the ground. we saw one house almost burn because the flare landed on the roof. And I know that police came and arrested people for shooting fireworks out of their block of flats windows and the roof etc, meanwhile the block of flats was next to a petrol station. I got into a poker tournament, drank some booze (not much, just about 2 liters, including 2 cans of beer), and almost laughed my ass off. It was a really peacefull New Years Eve for me, considering that last year I ran around the building , wearing only a bright red g-string, and two years back, I drank enough to get shakes at 2am. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Arancaytar, using a bow to shoot some fireworks back at the neighbors is a very effective way to get them to stop. We had the same thing nearby, there was a block of flats next to a petrol station and people were shooting fireworks off of balconies and out of windows and the police arrived and arrested most of them. Its amazing how stupid some people can be.
