Hi folks,
i used to play dos version of ADOM in win98 and i am used to its fonts and colors.
Now I have win2k and as I figured by testing and reading the forum, only stable playing is either with
A/AdomWinbeta4 - which has strange (tiny) fonts and no fullscreen.
B/Adom Sage - has fullscreen but ugly colors

So is there anyway to run adom in win2k fullscreen(or at least with dos-resemble font) and nice colors?
Thanks.
(Btw. i search the and google with no answer to this)

You might get the dos version of ADoM to work if you run it in command.com (not cmd) it works for me, and I use Win2k.
To run command.com press start -> run -> command

Thanks Morio - i read about it one of your older posts. For me its a bit more stable than running through Cmd, but stll crashing evenutally. :-(

I have found this
http://www.geocities.com/adombot/tweakfont.zip
which enables to fiddle with the fontsize of winbeta4 version, but still nothing like the good old Dos fullscreen. :)

after few more hours testing:

i missed fullscreen, so i tried Morios approach again and since the then no crash.
So thanks Morio!! - great advice - I will stay with dos version and command.com (but creating backups regularly, just in case...)
