I just finished a drakish barbarian. I found though that he didn't get experience very quickly. At the end i only had about 27 million. My speed was about 130 most of the time. I Checked some of the monsters and the cat lord only gave me about half a million and barney about 800000. I was just wondering if this was normal. |

So you did finish? Congrats! It's about time. (I know this guy in real life, just so you all know.) Only 500k from the cat lord makes some sense if you killed very few cats, but if your speed was 130 I'd expect you to get over a million from Barney. Weird. The following is a real Adom message: The homunculus hits you. You suddenly fall asleep! Do you want to continue to read the spellbook of Calm Monster? [y/N] |

The faster you are, the less experience you gain from killing stuff. Beats me as to why, but thats just the way it is. Congrats! http://tankefel.blogspot.com/ So far you have only killed one wild cat. |

The reason is probably that it's easier to play when you have a lot of speed, and the game balances it by giving less xp. This also works in real life, the faster you do something, the less you learn from it.
