Didn't work for me today. My troll barbarian got blinded by a trap, and then never regained his sight. He eventually died of starvation in the wilderness trying to walk it off. Genius! Ladies and Gentleman, take my advice. Pull down your pants, and slide on the ice. |

Heh, the glob of hot mud was the death of many of my early characters. I had assumed when it said "a glob of HOT mud hits you in the face" it had burnt out my PC's eye sockets or something. So I figured I was permanently blind, since even praying didn't remove it. I thought it was pretty cheap, until I learned the secret, extremely difficult process required to restore sight... Ah, yeah, and, even thought I'm a bit late... Happy birthday, TB! I need to go write a postcard. Been playing ADoM for over a year and never wrote one. I feel ashamed... yea, when i read the list of commands, and I got to the super secret trick for removing blindness caused by mud, I was extremely confised about why they would even have that command, until i got hit in the face with the mud myself. |

Nope, It wasn't mud. I tried that to get rid of it. I did find out I was both cursed and doomed after I died. I figure my God was just having some fun with me.
