Torac, your question is quite vague. are you trying to increase weapon, shielding, missile skills, magic skills, attributes? which ones are not increasing. which ones do you want to increase? The stone giant runs away in fear. Who ever heard of a stone being scared of gravel? |

If torac is referring to the "Skilled" talent in 1.1.x character creation it's indeed a bug in ADOM. Sytytä toiselle tuli ja hän pysyy lämpimänä jonkin aikaa. Sytytä hänet palamaan ja hän pysyy lämpimänä loppuelämänsä. |

I have that problem too everytime i try to use the skilled talent at start up because +2 to all initial skills would be great but the game crashes on me everytime. it happens on all my systems, server, game computer, laptop and work. hehe as my nick says " if i'm not ADOMing i'm working" quite often when i'm at working i'm still ADOMing. so is it a bug for everyone and can it be fixed? Yeah, it's a known bug but it's not actually that great. Two more haggling or healing won't do much, you just get that when you're leveling up. I don't think you could fix it w/o patching excecutible. That's the life... working and getting paid, while playing Adom. Homework is not meant for home! It's a sick verbal coincidence! -My brother |

The 'Skilled' talent is not great indeed. You're better of with something more usefull, like 'long stride'. This bug is known for a long time and Thomas Biskup never cared to fix it, probably because he decided other things were more important. Too bad, I have so much work these days, I can't play at all while being paid ... :-D All your base are belong to us. |
