I have a level 8 dwarvish bard, and I still have the cave bear(it's beastly)and I id'd all my stuff with a blessed ?oIdentify, and I had FOUR SCROLLS OF FAMILIAR SUMMONING!!!And also conveniently......FIVE WANDS OF DOOR CREATION!!! and being dwarf and low on equipment, used the cave bear to kill glod(lol, both died, bleeding for each after they panicked, oh well), went to DH, read all four, got a Greater Earth Elemental, Greater Fire Elemental, water grue, and air grue! I got every elememt!(except acid) SO, I took glod's shop(now mine) and made each of them(except the GEE) a cell out of doors,for holding.The only one that can bust doors is the GEE right? I don't want them to just run around, I'll eventually lock the others in strategic locations:fire elemental in ToEF, grues in casino, and keep the GEE. (boy, that was long!) So, I wonder if this char has a chance?:) |

well, because you are a bard... they will NEVER turn on you. if you order them to hold thier position, they won't budge until you order them otherwise. so, imho, you waisted a lot of time with the doors and such also, if the fire elemental has a fire attack, all he can do in ToEF is be a punching bag while you throw arrows at the thing the elemental is keeping busy. I'd use the 4 pets and clear out DH (try to sneak in as much xp for yourself as possible, and hope for some nice loot) If you really think about it, every char. has a chance! until they walk into a 4 path hallway, see 3 balors on each side, one teleports on the 4th, and they walk onto an acid trap that destroys thier weapon(if possible), thier scrolls of teleportation, and thier wands of teleportation. Thanks, Lost one. I forgot about the wait command....oh well, looks really cool with cells. I'll use them for storage, or hostile dwarves that may need removed....priest comes to mind...locking him in a room would prevent the whole town from becoming hostile and I could change the altar as I please. |

Yeah, thanks molach.Battle Bunny:did I forget to mention that it was three molochs?....wait, I did!Yeah, three molochs, GEE had one to critical while I was using my piety up, while one was hitting me, and another killed my GFF.....I was only level 15, so I guess getting all those scrolls of Familiar summoning was a little too lucky.....off to try again! Three molochs? As randoms? Odd, I only find tension rooms of giant berserkers (luckily an altar), Dragons (lots of exp), and greater balors (weirdest thing ever, luckily only saw them with eyes of mind). Homework is not meant for home! It's a sick verbal coincidence! -My brother |
