well we may have a contender here for the dominant jarl. I entered the earth temple level and feel a surge of power :) then i notice there is a greater moloch next to the stairs and misses me with his first shot. I couldnt teleport so i found the down stairs and lured him down to deal with later, anyway back to the jarl to take the title from the other jarls. i think i'll give him a few blasts of fire and see what artifact he's protecting (insert evil laugh here) bit scared about the greater moloch though, i can take out a regular one but whats the best approach here? i'm a human necro The stone giant runs away in fear. Who ever heard of a stone being scared of gravel? |

Magic Missile, acid ball, or lightning spells.If none of those on Morio's list, hopefully you can go berserk, hit the GM, walk back a square, the GM will move forward, repeat.Also check wands/potions, poison is actually very helpful against GMs "You try to give Fang, the large dog the bone. well i took out the jarl but with thunderstroke/obsidian quarrel i doubt he would have defeated his brothers to take the crown. nice damage on it but having to retreive it after each shot isnt worth it. The stone giant runs away in fear. Who ever heard of a stone being scared of gravel? |

huh? what's all this business about a frost giant jarl? apparently i'm ignorant in the subject. as far as the greater moloch, demon slaying ammo works great. also, casting confusion seems to work well. you can combine confusion with a phase dagger (helps to have good speed methinks) remember, you can always run from it to drink some healing potions, deploy some slaves etc. You pick up the Wand of Do Nothing. 'z'... Nothing happens. 't'... The Wand of Do Nothing misses the kestral. Come on, it's a Wand of Do Nothing! |
