How high can dexterity get with bug corpses? Do they raise speed too?

IIRC there was something in the guidebook or somewhere commenting on how lives get shortened when characters speed gets very high... can anyone comment on that, if aging increases or something?

Quickling corpses are what you're referring to. You could drink 1000 potions of quickling blood and not age a bit though
