I've noticed an interesting phenomenon recently. My current character teleports all over the place, such that her effectiveness in the spell is now +28. This number seems to affect what happens when you attempt to teleport to an "Impossible" location. Specifically, I've noticed that the higher the number gets, the closer I end up to where I wanted to be. IOW, when you randomly appear in a space after attempting an "impossible" teleport, that space lies within a maximum distance from your intended location. This maximum decreases as Teleportation effectiveness increases. Is this just random chance playing a trick on me, or is this for real? You pick up the worn boots. |
