This guy is simply amazingly funny. He mixes cynical humour with inventive imagery to go through a games good and bad points, and is immensely entertaining in the process. I have to wonder what he'd make of ADOM...

HAH :D

Thanks for the link, I like his humour. Although I have to say, he speaks MIGHTY FAST and it makes for some decent listening comprehension exercies for the non-native among us. Then again that's actually a good thing :)

I have to agree mate. When you showed it me yesterday on MSN, I pissed myself. Especially over the Zelda one.

For all those peeps who like this type of humour. I heartiy recommend the following two sites.

http://maddox.xmission.com/ (The best page in the universe - quite possibly)

http://www.amazingben.com/ (Look for his list of badasses - freakin awesome)

Ladies and Gentleman, take my advice. Pull down your pants, and slide on the ice.

As a guy from Poland, who's never been to any english speaking country (non-native speaker doesn't get it halfway there ;) ), I'd say he doesn't speak fast enough, there's still punctuation in a few places ;P

I wanted to post links for ZP. Anyway I bet none of you know that his new role in the escapist has increased traffic for the site by 400%? Have you?

Not so surprising, I bet most people who visit the site just look at his reviews and nothing else. At least that's what I do.

At first I thought that the esacpist was a site he made, but he actually has his own. I forget what's it called, but a little searching of "Art of theft" gives up a video with a link. I have tried that game btw, really fun stuff.

Fully Ramblomatic is the name of his site (www.fullyramblomatic.com) and the videos started off there. He's got a lot of stuff on there, including a number of games he's made. I've played Art of Theft - fun enough, but quite repetitive, and too easy.

I wonder what he'd make of ADOM? Since he doesn't generally like RPGs, or any game with complex controls, I can't imagine he'd be hugely positive about it...

Adom doesn't have complex controls for a newbie - practically every key combination possible on the keyboard results in a quick death. Its beautiful in its simplicity.

Yeah, but some key comands are pretty long. /Co for commanding pets, some people actually think you press all at once. Which I find hilarious.

The Terminator franchise is what got me interested in the movies in the first place. The first was a suspenseful cyberpunk thriller, and the second became my favorite movie of all time. The third fell short of intelligence but still solid nonetheless, and the TV series was a good addition to the franchise. Nearing the end of May, the fourth and latest film addition of the beloved sci-fi franchise will open, and viewers are in for a sheer summer spectacle.

hey,
on fullyramblomatic there is also the trilby series, which after starting with trilbys notes (being the 3rd of the quadrilogy actually), I had to play all of them through - and it is really an amazing set of advanture games, especially like the story developes.
Only the first part was at some points a little bit boring (5 days a stranger). nevertheless, I recommend these games to you really very much as a masterpiece of scary cool games.
