Assume you are referring to the spam. Those are not even people, just bots. I filter out a lot of crap automatically, what is left are those that don't post links or advertising, but instead re-post legitimate posts from other blogs and forums. No idea what that's supposed to achieve, but it's near impossible to filter automatically, the posts are off topic and out of context, but rarely blatant advertising that would trip my blacklist.
