i usually go to the puppy cave and go down only to lv 4, unless i'm pretty dangerous in which case i'll go all the way to the bottom for teh corpse (and the vault). then go to the Caverns of Chaos. play carefully, not recklessly, and you'll do fine... ivan.sourceforge.net |

Are you level 6 yet? If not, talk to sherif, and then go get Kranach. Do you have invisibility? If so, go to the Small Mountain Cave (NW of Terinyo) You are probably too high a level to safely negotiate its first level without invisibility. Otherwise, talk to the little girl and go for the puppy (which is probably already dead) |

Actually the t is no smaller then the other t's... perhaps it's percieved as small because it's in her description. The safest place to go is to the infinite dungeon and level hop. I go there with almost every char because everything else you do at the beginning can be put off (eg druid/carpenter/smc) or doesn't have to be done at all (eg keethrax/puppy). If you do this until level 13 when the pyramid opens up, you'll probably have enough equipment to take it down. DougyDougy - Dougy - DougyDougy |

Put in item slot and 'U'se them (provided you also have a tinderbox). Hit them hard (preferably from a distance). read a scroll of uncursing, dip in holy water or reach level 50 with a wizard and use the class power. Jan Erik Mydland HoF admin |
