Is it just me, or do other people get hungry (IRL) when it says "hungry" or "starving" in adom? And somehow i strangely lose my appitite when my pc's consume a stomafillia herb. However it doesn't seem to work for blind/mute/bleeding/sick/burdened/strained/strained!/crushed/invisable/blessed/slowed and any others i can't think of DougyDougy - Dougy - DougyDougy |

Hrmmm tough decision... invisability means there'd never be any witnesses to crimes (or naughtinesses) that you comitt, however you can be felt and heard (perhaps smelled). In adom invisability means your clothes are invisable too so that makes being spray painted and problems like that avoidable. However teleportation would get you out of trouble whenever you need it. but if i was a risk-taking nethack-playing sink-draining pipe-breaking fountain-draining pool-scumming guy who got turned into a frog, then she might kiss me and make me all better... but then i'd have to find a way to come up with a bunch of AP boosting EQ, and then she'd put it on and the purpose of the whole thing is shot. anyways, back on the origional topic, something unusual happened to me... i read a scroll, and it turned out to be amnesia, and then i suddenly felt like i'd forgotten to do something (IRL) but didn't know what it was (of course)... so i drank another potion, and it was a potion of learning, and i realized that it was some easy math homework that i'd forgotten about. ivan.sourceforge.net [Edited 1 time, last edit on 3/12/2002 at 02:00 (GMT -5) by Duke Ravage] |

Hey, what is up with that. I always get a massive appatite whenever I get hungry in adom. And then every time I eat something I feel better. I think that the game is bonding with me in a way that cannot be good. I will tell you more if these strange things happen again. |
