Adom freezes on me!!! After I´ve played for a few minutes it always freezes. I have win 98, Amd Athlon 1400 Mhz, 256 mb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce2 MX. Please help me, I love this game and I would really like to play it. It never froze with my previous computer.

Which version are you playing? Is Adom the only DOS game that freezes for you? Have you tried to play in DOS-only mode? Have you tried to play in both fullscreen and window mode?

1.00. I´ve only played in fullscreen mode. But thanks, I´ll try that and play in Dos-only mode.

It might be a hardware problem of some sort. There are several examples of "old" software not working to well on new harware.

Anyone know if there are any DOS "emulators" for Windows around? If not you can always try to play the Amiga or Lunix version via an emulator. The Amiga version is painfully slow on my 366 Mzh PII, but you should not have any problems there :)
