And, to be honest, the origin of most of these *dirty* words are not Aryan (Indo-european) but Mongol. |

Yes, Ukrainian and Russian languages are very close. But I can say that Polish is more close to Ukrainian that Russian. Hungarian is also very hard to study. It's close to Finnish, yes? [Edited at 11:04, Wednesday, July 25, 2001 by NaZgul] |

Well, actually Hungarian is very FAR from Finnish, they just belong to the same major language group (Uralian, Fenno-Ugric to be precise) but are from quite opposite ends, like English and Greek, for example. But they're still closer to each other than to any indo-european tongues, of course. If I remember right, the Hungarian ancestors split from other Fenno-Ugric people somewhere around 3000 BC. Hello all, i FINALLY found the new forums!!! Anyways, i think if your looking for a poetic language, japanese, or chinese or even italien are very romantic, poetic and flowing laguages. I speak no italien or chinese, nor finnish or swedish, unfortunately, as foreign language is entirely optional in US schools. (I do take german, though). Chewing tobacco (aka snuff, chib, chew, spit, clover, gruff) is very popular amoung highschool athletes here...mostly with the kids who dont know better. and as for the balance thing, i have a freind who is about as close to "true neutral" as one can get...he is always against who ever is winning, even if that person is himself...he'll be like "well, i gave $5 to charity, so i can steal some candy from CVS" etc...its almost scary. -Jacknife |

You had trouble finding the new forums? I though I had posted links to it just about everywhere, including the front page of the old ones... Jan Erik Mydland HoF admin |

True neutral could come into play easier when talking about Law vs. Chaos, instead of Good or Evil. Especially since Good/Evil are more abstract concepts to begin with. A neutral character would seek balance between Law/Order and Chaos/Anarchy. |
