1000 speed, 5% chance to leave corpse (though food preservation helps that). They have a tiny amount of HP, so all you need is one blast of a ball spell. Waldenbrook, the dwarven shopkeeper, mumbles: "I'd offer 9 gold pieces for yer dwarven child corpse." |

They do make awesome companions though, right?I could always throw potions of ultra healing at them, to increase their HP?Or potions of toughness/troll blood. Can you give slaves weapons, though my guess is no......would be awesome to give a quickling king vanquisher "You try to give Fang, the large dog the bone. Barely made wish engine, had to pickpocket potions, rings, etc. Wished for stats into 30's, red scale armor, crown of lightning, two rings of regen, bracers of regen, slb's,and tons of scrolls of defense/protection, so DV is 80something and PV 49 on normal....nice. Want to get precrowned so going to do Lawful stuff to get to C so I can also gain a couple of levels by doing my trick with GM's, except in mad minstrel's glade or barbarian's. Oh , I'm talking about my necro, he's a beast. I plan on getting RCT soon, but question:Which is better combo:Scorched spear with protector/shield of raw steel.....or Rune-covered trident? Also, what level do necros gain ability to animate corpses as skeletal warriors, highest I can do is wraith or shadow. Thanks for tips so far, don't know which char will win first. Shield of raw steel contains essence of chaos and corruption, so you shouldn't even be carrying it! Spear + protector is a very nice combo, especially for a spellcaster. Keep rune-covered trident handy for demons and undead (be sure to bless it). I'd recommend the barbarian's glade for your GM idea - freeze over the lake and stand at the south, then fireball the other ice away so the GMs can't get near you. I think the manual states when you can get more powerful monsters (under class abilities). Waldenbrook, the dwarven shopkeeper, mumbles: "I'd offer 9 gold pieces for yer dwarven child corpse." |

Hmmm, level 31 , got two postcrownings after GM's in Wilderness, wished speed up to 300, then acid balled them to oblivion, gained 12 levels, then wished for gold too many times, destroying my wish engine.......But I got crowned with kinslayer, acid immunity, so I'm immune to all elements now, got postcrowned once with Far Slayer, then Protector. Gonna see blup's mom, get RCT , then kill her. hopefully I can find more PoEX...I'd love to wish for quickling bard and kill them, much easier.Oh well, nice though to have two awesome chars for once. Trust me, wish engines aren't all that stable, at least for me. The most I usually get out of em are about 19-57 wishes, and besides, I really don't have a use for most of em, so I save em. And besides, I believe that the object of wish engine being cheap has already been discussed before, and that if TB didn't want it in the game/possible, he could easily eradicate it. You do also have to take into consideration that a large majority of the best chars in the HoF used wish engine/gremlin scumming.(Platinum Girdle Char) But currently getting ready to get OCG twice, for my first two wins.
