do you think it's worth to learn Smithing through Glod? it is an useful skill, but it's extremely troublesome to actually benefit from it when you have it...

yes, if you have some ignots ~20 per type
then i think it is nice to have Smithing

later on the 30000 gp's you might have to pay really isn't that much so I usually learn smithing but quite rarely use it

Satyricon: you mean you collect and cary such a shitload of ingots all the time?? even when you don't have Smithing yet?? that's kinda hardcore...
besides, i think that creating ignots from raw ore is also quite easy...

no i usualy put them some where :) i carry new ones :)

not if your not a smith ( no melting )

buy as a weaponsmith you can melt armors and other stuff into ingots. and you could probably melt a moloch armor and get shitloads of eternium ingots. i am currently playing a female human weaponsmith and i've just done ToEF. i always carry around armors and weapons to melt into ingots so i can smith.

weaponsmiths really owns if you can find an early forge in the UD or upper CoC.

the greater moloch equips the hulking armor
