Ho do I wield weapons? I spent nearly a hour trying to figure this our using several possible commands. when I try (U)se items it tells me to try to wield the weapon. I serched the command list several times and cannot find how to do this. This is probably something dreadfully simple but it is extremely frustrating. Someone please help, or, failing that, flame me mercilessly. |

press "i" to get the inventory press "f" to wield something with your right hand or: press "g" to wield something with your left hand this does not apply to bows, slings, crossbows, or any thrown weapon. if it is a launcher of some sort (bow, sling, ect) put it in your "missle weapon" slot ("m") if it is a projectile (arrows, rocks, boomerangs), put it in your "missles" slot ("n") in order to (u)se a tool (like a hatchet or a torch), put it in your "tool" slot ("o") and "u"se it when needed (when occupying the same square as a tree, or when you enter a dark room) don't forget to put out your torch ("u" when equipped and lit), or it will run out. |

Thank you. I played around with it a few years ago and it seemed much easier. I'm quite sure I used to be able to just use W. This doesn't seem too much more complicated though. |

If you are a new player, don't forget to use the (l)ook kommand, it is very useful. |
