Spoil alert! Beware revealing info below! I just finished clearing out level 50 (or so I think) in version 1.1.1 I Still get the message "you seem to have completed your quest" Did i miss something? I still, however, cannot get down from level 48. The stair case still points downward only, trapping me. Thanks for your help! |

Spoiler basically that means you haven't cleeared it. about half cases when i tried clearing on of ghost lords migrates into solid rock to very bottom right corner. zap wand of monster dtection. and use spoilers section A root is a flower that disdains fame. Kahlil Gibran(1883-1931) |

There is either a balor somewhere or you didn't pull the levers. Ghost lords hidden in corners don't cause the game to think it's not the end. |

You get this message because you haven't finished the game -(even if there are no monsters left on level 50) - You have two options: 1- Escape the game with your life 2- Fight the Chaos god you must choose one - so it only seems you have completed your quest. (your overall quest is to stop the chaos and return home) You may get killed on the way out. (I have) Spoiler
To escape the room you must pull both levers (and they must stay pulled)(eg. no intelligent monsters left/nearby to unpull them before you leave the level)- or go through the Chaos gate and fight Andor Try the TiLiCat! It's experience! Tiger, stuffed with deboned Lion, stuffed with deboned Wildcat, and slow roasted with a mix of herbs. citing guidebook: Spoiler ensure the levers remain in their closed position forever, or make sure the following intelligent monsters are all dead: Fistanarius, balors, ghost lords and chaos wizards. may i ask not to post obviously wrong info on these forums?
