I've played for a while, but I guess I haven't learned everything. I looked up on the keymap that using mindcraft is "\Ci". What buttons do I press to do that? I've presed those keys in every order, to no avail. What do I do? |

Press "ctrl" and while holding "ctrl", press "i". Pressing them both at the same time may lead to the keyboard thinking you pressed "i" first. I'm using "ctrl i" on DOS as well, tab doesn't work for anything as far as I can recall. You drop the golden ball. You kick the golden ball. It slides to the west. Suddenly Harry Potter, the apprentice wizard, appears! "That's not how you play Quidditch! are you even listening?" Which direction? Just checked, the DOS version has 3 ways of invoking mindcraft: - Pressing the Tab key - pressing ctrl+i - pressing m while browsing class powers. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Yes, \Ci means Ctrl+I, I think it is explained somewhere in the manual. TAB has the same ASCII code as Ctrl+I, Backspace as Ctrl+H, and Enter (carriage return) as Ctrl+M, so sometimes you can use one instead of another. |
