It's been suggested on the ADOM IRC channel and on RGRA that everyone send Thomas Biskup a christmas card. The idea is not to be pushy about new releases or announcements or anything - just say "Merry Christmas from an ADOM lover" or something similar. Would be great if he got a big load of these at once, and you never know, could give him some motivation to work more on ADOM and JADE. We all normally have loads of spare cards round Christmas, and sending one to Germany doesn't cost too much - a small token of appreciation for such a great game. So tell all your ADOM-loving friends and get a card down to the post office pronto :)

Considering it would cost me a laughable amount of money (living in Germany myself), I really don't have an excuse, do I?

Just one thing: 1.1.1 is quite old. What if Thomas has moved after the release of it? Or is there another source of adress than the manual of ADOM?

Check adom.de, it should have the most current adress.

Imagine it: someone is gonna get a bunch of Christmas cards where he/she is called The Creator...

At least I'm gonna send "Merry Christmas, The Allmighty Creator!" or something like that.

I don't know whether he approves of being called the Almighty Creator. I could imagine it getting old after the first 100 cards with that greeting ;)
