Simple. Wait until the competition thread has been opened, then randomly generate a character in ADOM and put all the information about him in the thread. You can only enter the competition with one character. Then you play that character until he's finished, either by dying, leaving the Drakalor chain or defeating Andor Drakon. Post your score and achievements (but not your flg, for the love of God), and there will be a ranking of all the people participating. You have to let fate decide when choosing race and class. I don't think you have to choose a random gender, depends on what the guy who's hosting the thing says. I don't think it's necessary. You drop the golden ball. You kick the golden ball. You can cross out a specific race or class using the Class_Mask or the Race_Mask in the config file, so that when u select the fate option they wont show up. |

Goddammit, I totally forgot that we agreed on taking the Druid's quest yesterday! My character is still alive and kicking, has also already found Cure Light Wounds. May I be forgiven if I choose not to obtain Healing through the quest? I'm losing the rewards the Keethrax quest would have yielded me, after all (Frost Bolt book and wand of cold). I've also already learnt Bridge building, but that skill is pretty pointless for Frost Bolt-wielding Necromancers anyway. If not, may I at least be allowed to start another character, going through the early game phase all over again, possibly dying much earlier? You drop the golden ball. You kick the golden ball. I prayed once once. So I suppose I could have prayed right after, for pp recharge. But I had a real bad feeling about this guy anyway, he wasn't going anywhere anyhow. I'm sure. |
