Currently, I am having a problem with my mindcrafter. It is the first time I have a troll that far into the game, and now I need advice... I'm level 14, just killed the skeletal king, still looking for an AoLS. I think Darkforge is next on the list, but how do I get experience? I do not have a spellbook of Slow Monster, nor have I actually gotten the spell yet through a wand of wonder. Is the best course of action to wait until I can book-cast Slow Monster, then try to kill the water dragon for some exp? Normally I am against abusing Slow Monster this way, but I'm playing a troll, so cut me some slack ;) You drop the golden ball. You kick the golden ball. It slides to the west. Suddenly Harry Potter, the apprentice wizard, appears! "That's not how you play Quidditch! are you even listening?" Which direction? Well, with my trollish wizard before, I killed GM's for exp......but I would recommend for trolls that if you want to gain exp fast, go deep in ID if you feel you're tough enough, and kill tons of monsters like dragons and get like 10 or 20 levels, and you'll come out with enough equipment for rest of game......
